Farm To Table is a cookbook that pairs Stratford Chef School Alumni restaurant owners with local farm producers and is publisher under Swan Parade Press (an imprint of Blue Moon Publishers) in association with Stratford Chefs School. Each restaurant and producer have their own bio followed by a recipe from the restaurant’s menu that utilizes the producers main product. The design had to fit within the Stratford Chef School brand, utilizing their fonts and colours All of the photos used were taken by a local photographer. These images were primarily displayed as a full page to engage the reader and to draw them in. The overall design was meant to be clean and fresh with easy to read/follow recipes.
